Trend Report: Generative + Agentic AI

Most enterprises have shipped agentic AI. Few have built what it takes to control it.

CDO Magazine surveyed 118 senior data and AI leaders: 84% of production teams have at least one control gap. Only 13% can automatically shut down a failing agent. Most find out something went wrong from a user complaint.

The gap isn’t the model. It’s everything around it: what the agent can touch, who owns its mistakes, and how fast you can stop it.
